These Terms govern access to and use of iceexporteg.com. Separate transaction documents — including quotations, accepted Purchase Orders and Terms of Supply — govern actual commercial transactions.
2. Website purpose
The website presents ICE supply capabilities and provides RFQ tools. Product cards are representative categories and do not state that every item is stocked or immediately available.
3. No automatic contract
Browsing, adding an item to the RFQ basket, uploading a BOQ or submitting an RFQ does not create a binding sale, order or stock reservation. A transaction proceeds through quotation, acceptance and order confirmation.
4. Product information
Website descriptions, images, dimensions and standards are indicative unless expressly incorporated into a written quotation or order confirmation. Buyers remain responsible for the required specification and approval requirements.
5. Secure RFQ links
Request-specific secure links should be treated as confidential business access. Do not forward them to unauthorized persons and notify ICE if compromise is suspected.
6. Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, impersonate others, submit fraudulent requests, misuse the RFQ workflow or scrape the website in a way that harms service.
7. Uploaded documents
By uploading a BOQ, drawing or datasheet, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it for the business purpose and permit ICE to process relevant portions for sourcing and quotation.
8. Intellectual property
ICE branding, site design, original text and technical artwork may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
9. Third-party services
The website may link to email, WhatsApp, manufacturers, suppliers or other third-party services. ICE does not control independent third-party services, content or availability.
10. Availability and changes
