1. What ICE does

ICE is an Egyptian business focused on general supplies, industrial supplies and procurement support. We work from the buyer’s actual requirement: item descriptions, BOQs, approved brands, part numbers, technical references and delivery needs.

Our role is to organize commercial sourcing, coordinate suitable supply options and maintain clear follow-up from RFQ through quotation, revision, Purchase Order and supply documentation.

2. How we present scope

The website is structured as a B2B procurement platform rather than a retail store. Product categories are representative. Final brand, technical compliance, origin, price, availability and lead time are confirmed against each RFQ.

3. Who we support

Factories, contractors, facilities, maintenance teams, institutional buyers and organizations purchasing industrial or operational supplies.

4. Business standards

ICE aims to keep requirements documented, quotations traceable and communication clear. We do not present an item as guaranteed stock, an exclusive agency or an approved technical equivalent unless confirmed for the specific transaction.
