1. Send the requirement
Start from the catalog, add custom items, paste Excel/CSV lines or upload a BOQ, datasheet or drawing. Everything is consolidated in one RFQ.
2. Requirement review
ICE checks description, quantity, unit, brand, part number, standard, delivery location and timing. Missing information may be clarified before pricing.
3. Sourcing and quotation
Commercial options are coordinated against the requested scope. The quotation identifies the offered item, price, commercial conditions, validity and applicable lead time.
4. Revision, acceptance and PO
The buyer can use the secure request link to accept a quotation, request revision or upload the Purchase Order. The same ICE reference remains connected to the request.
5. Order follow-up
After confirmation, ICE coordinates supplier, delivery and commercial-document follow-up according to the agreed order.
