1. Our objective
ICE aims to make the public website and RFQ workflow usable by a broad range of business users, including people using keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom and mobile devices.
2. Measures implemented
- Semantic headings and labelled form fields.
- Visible keyboard focus states.
- Responsive layouts for mobile and desktop.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Colour contrast selected for business readability.
- Text-labelled RFQ actions rather than colour alone.
3. Languages and direction
The public website is available in English, Arabic, Turkish and Simplified Chinese. Arabic pages use right-to-left layout and Arabic labels for the procurement workflow.
4. Documents and third parties
Uploaded BOQs, manufacturer PDFs or third-party technical files may not meet the same accessibility standard as the ICE interface. Contact us if you need a reasonable alternative format for an ICE-controlled document.
5. Known limitations
Industrial part numbers, technical abbreviations and dense engineering documents cannot always be simplified without changing meaning. ICE will continue to improve labels and form guidance where practical.
6. Feedback and assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email info@iceexporteg.com with the page, device and task involved. We will review the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide assistance or an alternative route.
7. Review
This statement is reviewed when material website changes are released.
